family and the 4th........................

Each year, we are so lucky to have some of our family come down from Virginia! The Buchanans, (Grannie's Son) Robert, Karen, Ian, Hannah and Karis all are so much fun to be around! Claire absolutely loved her big cousins and had the BEST time playing with them, or should I say "following them around." We hated to see them go but here are a few quick pics of the week! They spent half of the time at Grannies and the other half at the lake house. We ate huge meals every night....and they were fantastic! I should have taken some pics of all the great food but who has time for that when you are too busy eating it! :)

Wiffle Ball tournament........... this was fun to watch!

Yup, that's Grannie playing catcher! Isn't she amazing? We just celebrated her 78th birthday this week. We are so blessed to have her in our lives!

They don't have Piggly Wiggly's in Virginia.............
