Catch up!

Ok, so I know i've gotten way behind on the blogging every week thing! I told you I NEVER could do the picture a day......... oh well! Here's a hope to catch you up from the past few weeks. Life at our house is of course a zoo! But it is a very entertaining zoo I tell ya! Here's a recap of the last few weeks....

On Valentine's night, I cooked a special dinner for our family.  We had Chicken Parmasean with noodles, salad and garlic bread.  Some of you reading this may be like, "Oh, that's really not that special."  But compared to what we normally eat and HOW we eat, it is VERY special for us.  Usually, eating dinner takes place in shifts... or it's more like survival mode.  Eat what you can, when you can.  Babies crawling over and under the table and a certain little girl being very picky about what she wants to eat.  So, this was special!

Oh, and did I mention we broke out the fine china!

We invited Grannie over to celebrate with us.  She's very special to us and one of the sweetest Valentine's we know!

Rob and I wanted to start having a nice family dinner on Valentine's each year...not just for us, but for our family.  The world makes Valentine's seem like a couples holiday, but really it's for celebrating the people we love in life.  We hope our children will grow up to view Feb 14 in this way and they will look forward to our special dinner as they grow older.

On to other things, little buddy has discovered the stairs................crawled up three in the blink of an eye!

My flowers from Rob on V-day :)

One night, Claire wanted oatmeal for supper......... so that's what she had. :)

He made this mess, all by himself.  He looks proud of it, too!

More teeth seem to be coming in.  This kids is going to be ready to eat a steak by the time he makes it to one!

Walking behind the walker wagon... I'm not ready to think about him walking around the house! He's getting pretty good at the wagon!

Claire and her stickers... she brought this to me and said, "Sssssssssssssssssssss."  Good job, smart girl!
